GAS ANALYZER Oldham, an Industrial Scientific Company, announced the launch of the second generation of its successful iTrans product — the iTrans 2 fixed gas monitor for the detection of explosive gases, toxic gases or oxygen. With CSA and NEPSI approvals, the iTrans 2 is available for sale in the Americas and Asia-Pacific regions. It is anticipated that ATEX and IECEx will be received by September 2013, and GOST and InMetro approvals will follow shortly thereafter.  The iTrans 2 employs an intelligent electronics platform to provide one or two points of detection from a single head for maximum flexibility, superior performance and lower installation costs.
